The questions buyers ask first.
How fast can we be live?
Self-hosted deployments install in roughly a day with the provided installer. A typical managed go-live with data migration, SSO, document templates, and team training runs four to eight weeks depending on scope.
Is this a shared multi-tenant SaaS platform?
No. The commercial model is dedicated deployment. Your environment and your data are not mixed into a shared customer pool — on your hardware or ours.
How is Fueld priced?
Annual license per active user with a deployment fee. Modules are enabled per tenant, so your quote covers only the ones you switch on. Concrete numbers are shared on the demo call.
Can an AI assistant read our data?
Only if you allow it, and only the slice you allow. Fueld exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that MCP-capable clients — Claude Desktop, Codex and Cursor, for example — can call. Any client that speaks MCP works — the ChatGPT web chat is not one of them, because it cannot connect an arbitrary remote MCP server. Each person mints their own key on the Account page; what it can reach is the strict intersection of three things: the scopes on the key, the permissions of that person's role, and a tenant-wide ceiling an administrator sets. Nothing is reachable by default — an empty ceiling means MCP is off. Every call is written to the activity log, keys expire, and a read key can never change anything.
Does the AI run on our data outside the deployment?
No. MCP is an access path to your own deployment — the assistant reads what your staff could already read, under the same tenancy and role rules. The optional built-in LLM also runs inside the deployment boundary; no customer data is used to train a shared model.
